Så odlar man hälsosamma auto-fröplantor med RQS Autoflower Seed Starter Kit

  1. Ta ut dina frön från förpackningen. Var försiktig—tryck inte ut fröna genom baksidan av deras förpackning. Skala istället av förslutningen för att undvika att skada dem.
  2. Öppna dina Easy Start-krukor. Observera att de kommer med en påse Bacto—vår signatur-rotningsbakterie. Du hittar den under klistermärket på Easy Starts förpackning.
  3. Hitta ett stort plaströr som är stort nog att rymma brickan till Easy Start-krukorna. Fyll röret med 1 liter ljummet vatten (22–25°C) och addera din Bacto. Rör om i blandningen för att aktivera bakterien.
  4. Lägg dina Easy Start-krukor i vattnet och låt dem blötläggas i ett par minuter. Medan de gör det kan du gå vidare till nästa steg.
  5. Börja montera din propagator genom att fylla basen med perlit.
  6. När dina Easy Start-krukor är ordentligt blötlagda så ställer du dem ovanpå toppen av lagret med perlit i din propagator. Då vattnet droppar från den, absorberas det i perliten och hjälper till att skapa en fuktig miljö som fröplantorna älskar!
  7. Förstora hålen i dina Easy Start-krukor så att de är 5–10 mm djupa. Lägg ett frö i varje hål och täck det försiktigt med jord. Bry dig inte om på vilket håll du lägger fröna, de kommer att växa uppåt mot ljuset automatiskt när de väl gror.
  8. Slutför monteringen av din propagator genom att sätta upp dess väggar och lock, samt sätt igång LED-lamporna högst upp. Ställ en sedan åt sidan och vänta i 1–6 dagar på att dina frön ska gro.
  9. VIKTIGT: Stör inte dina fröplantor när de gror. Att öppna din propagator kan orsaka ett fall i luftfuktighet, vilket kan sakta ner groningsprocessen, eller ännu värre göra att allt misslyckas. Dessutom ska du aldrig ta loss dina plantor för att kontrollera om de har börjat gro—du kan då råka bryta pålroten, vilket dödar dina fröplantor omedelbart.
  10. När dina fröplantor har blivit 3 cm så kan du plantera om dem i sina slutliga behållare. Gör det försiktigt, så kan du förbereda dig på kraftfull vegetativ tillväxt!

RQS propagatorer kommer nu med uppladdningsbara LED-lampor som avger mjuka strålar som är perfekta för fröplantor. För bästa resultat ska du ha dina lampor konstant inkopplade i en USB-väggladdare—de kommer med sin egen USB-C-kabel. Att förse dina fröplantor med tillräckligt med ljus är viktigt då det håller dem från att bli höga och skrangliga. Dessutom är LED-lamporna i våra propagatorer med lågt wattantal, vilket innebär att det inte gör någon skada att ha dem igång hela tiden.

No need to remove the soil stocked around the young plants, in fact, avoid doing so as this risks damaging the delicate roots. Just pop the whole thing into whatever grow medium you’re using soil, hydro or clay pebbles. This holes should be closed during the germination, and open them once the plant starts to come out. Once they have grown two or three cms out of the ground it is time to transplant they all should be out after 72 hours so it is not necessary to take them out separately.
